I have tons to catch up since my last post. The reality is that instagram. Is the new blog, but I will continue to share on here from time to time. Below are a few recent tearsheets to get the blog moving again.

Count down to baby lamb season! Each January, we shear the sheep in preparation for the arrival of lambs. With that chore behind us, we look forward to welcoming the first lambs on February 1st this year! The barns are being prepped, and our cheese making facility is made ready for the production of our seasonal spring cheeses and the return of our sheep milk Yogurt.
